[IM-patents] Welcome

[Peter Saint-Andre]

I replaced the old AOL-patent list with a new "IM-patents" list since
we're talking about more than just AOL's ICQ patent (IM patents are a
concern more generally). The particularls of the list change are probably
not of major interest... :)
